Architectural Control Committee
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is responsible for setting, maintaining and enforcing the community standards for any area of a lot or home that is visible from a public roadway or sidewalk. This includes things such as: house paint colors, landscaping, window treatment and other elements that affect the overall appearance of the neighborhood and are covered in the design standards.
If a homeowner wishes to modify any of these elements that would be covered under the ACC’s purview, it is the responsibility of the homeowner to get proper authorization from the ACC.
ACC Approval Process
- Complete the form and gather any other documentation that may also be needed
- Submit online or Print & email the modification request form. Please include all necessary documentation. If emailing, please email email@example.com.
- Wait for an approval, disapproval, or request for follow up from firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Country Walk covenants allow the Board of Directors and the Architectural Control Committee 45 days to review information and requests before responding to the homeowner. The committee will respond as quickly as possible, but please allow time for a careful review of your request. Approved modification requests expire 6 months after approval date.
Please do not go to a board or committee member’s home to discuss your request; it will not be discussed one-on-one. If you have a request or concern, email email@example.com.
