Welcome to the Neighborhood!

Hopefully, you’ve had the chance to meet some of your neighbors by now. We’re a diverse community with residents of all ages. Some homeowners have raised their families here and now bring grandchildren to enjoy the pool and playground. Many others are just starting out as homeowners. We look forward to getting to know you, our new neighbors!

I’ll fill you in on some important details for anyone new to the neighborhood. Don’t forget to look around the website for more information on our Board of Directors, Governing Documents, and Newsletter!

Homeowners’ Association (HOA) Meetings

Our HOA is very active and committed to keeping the value of our homes up. Homeowners’ opinions are included in decisions like renovating and upgrading our amenities. You are cordially invited to attend HOA meetings on the 2nd Monday of each month @ 6:30PM in the Community Room. We look forward to seeing you there!

Don’t worry if you miss a meeting, we will post the Meeting Minutes here on the website.

ACC Standards

Country Walk has specific covenants that help make this neighborhood a wonderful place to live. If you are interested in making changes to the outside of your house or the yard (fence, pant, landscaping, etc.), please head over to the Architectural Control Committee page to find more details on the process.

Amenities

The amenities are open to all neighbors in good standing every day 6am-10pm. Do you want access to our pool, tennis courts, basketball court, playground, and community room? Please read the FAQ on the Key Fobs page to learn more about how to get one. You can find more about all of our other Amenities on their page.

Trash Collection

To setup new trash collection service, visit the Powder Springs Sanitation webpage

Regular trash is picked up on Wednesday mornings.

Yard waste (grass clippings, brush, small limbs, leaves, etc.) is collected every Monday morning.

Twice a year (Spring and Fall), the City of Powder Springs provides a special trash collection service to customers residing within the city limits. Keep and eye on the Events page for the Reside with Pride event details.

Power Service

Country Walk is serviced by two providers: Cobb EMC and Georgia Power. Please use the below links to request new service. If one provider does not operate at your address, try the other provider.
